From the cylindrical grinding to super-finishing, we ensure that your plants get the right shine. Through our processing techniques, the surfaces of your plants are treated optimally.

This makes them protected against wear, corrosion, and chemicals.

We have prepared the following processing techniques on offer

  • CNC Cylindrical grinding
  • Mirror-gloss polishing
  • Cylindrical grinding up to D 630 x 5000 mm
  • Fine grinding
  • Dehydrogenation
  • Polishing up to D 700 x 7000 mm
  • Finishen up to Rz 0,8
  • Superfinishen up to Rz 0,01
  • Sandblasting

We work on parts of a maximum size of:

  • 1200 x 6500 mm
  • 4500 x 3000 x 80 mm
  • 10t piece weight

For series parts is a hard chrome machine with the latest technology available. 66.000L Elektrolyt und 60.000 Amp.
